Casino without Swedish license

The Terms Index (Villkorsindex) is our score from 0 to 100 for each casino, based on eight measures we take from the casino’s own terms.

We do not give every measure the same weight. Tax on winnings for Swedish residents and the wagering requirement each account for 20%. The welcome bonus for Swedish players and withdrawal time each carry 15%, while the monthly withdrawal limit and paying by bank each count for 10%. The maximum bet with a bonus and the minimum deposit account for 5% each.

We compare each casino with the market median, counting one vote per company rather than one per brand. That is the more sensible comparison: otherwise, one company with 21 brands would define what is normal.

With one vote per company across 16 companies, we have calculated a median of €4,000 to wager on a €100 deposit with a 100% bonus. The median maximum bet with a bonus is €5, the median monthly withdrawal limit is €20,000 and the median minimum deposit is €20.

The L.C.S family comes out highest in the Terms Index at 69, making it the strongest overall option in the terms we have read and compared. It has an MGA licence, so winnings are tax-free for Swedish residents, and you can use Instant Banking to pay straight from your bank.

The welcome package gives you 150% up to €2,000 on the first deposit, 100% up to €2,000 on the second and up to 4,000 free spins on the third. In total, that is 250% up to €4,000 + 4,000 free spins. Wagering is 40x deposit + bonus on the first deposit and 35x on the second. If you pay via Instant Bank Transfer, you can choose 200% up to €1,000 with 25x instead. That lower wagering requirement is the more interesting detail to me, rather than the headline package.

The weak spot is withdrawals: processing takes up to 72 hours, with caps of €5,000 per day and €25,000 per month.

BitStarz, with index 65 and a Curaçao licence, offers up to €500 or 5 BTC + 180 free spins, with wagering of 40x the bonus. Its FAQ puts average crypto withdrawals at 10 minutes. There is no daily, weekly or monthly cap, but each bank withdrawal is limited to €4,000 and each crypto withdrawal to €50,000.

Cloudbet scores 64 and has a Curaçao licence. It is crypto only, with no classic bonus but up to $2,500 in rakeback and cash without wagering.

JustCasino scores 62, also with a Curaçao licence: 100% up to €500 + 100 free spins, 40x the bonus and “instant” withdrawals according to its cashier.

You will not find Swish or BankID at any of the 37 casinos, but you do have bank-account payment options and, at some casinos, crypto. None uses BankID for either login or payment.

We found Trustly and Zimpler at just one casino, Tsars, which has an Anjouan licence. Trustly allows up to €5,000 per deposit there, while Zimpler allows up to €10,000.

Instant Banking, where you pay straight from your bank account, is more widely available: we found it at 20 of the 21 L.C.S casinos, with a limit of €2,000 per deposit.

For crypto, the figure is 16 of the 37 casinos. Cloudbet, Sportsbet.io, Vave, Rakebit and Thunderpick are in practice crypto-only.

On withdrawal speed, the quickest figures come from Cloudbet and BitStarz, according to the casinos themselves. Cloudbet says 90% of withdrawals take under 2 minutes, and BitStarz states an average of 10 minutes. Tsars says under 24 hours, while L.C.S processes withdrawals within 72 hours.
